The
Group Training Association of Queensland and the Northern Territory Inc engaged
the services of PeoplePulse in February 2007. We required the professional services
of such a group for a State-wide initiative in trialling a survey tool to find
out about our Clients service satisfaction levels. This
pilot program is of a complex nature, being that our Association has 34 Members
State-wide, all of whom operate differently. Our task was to design a standard
industry survey template taking into account the small variances with each of
our member's operations. PeoplePulse
have been an integral part in the development stages of this program. Their expertise
in developing sets of questions and the development of an adequate ratings system
to decrease the amount of invalid responses was crucial. Without this development
support, our data collection would certainly loose its integrity. PeoplePulse
were also fantastic in terms of how we can set up automated reporting of the data
collection. Again, their expertise has helped minimise the cost, the allocation
of resources and the stress in conducting such a major program. Their knowledge
of what works and does not work in their areas of expertise is practical and real. The
Group Training Association has and continues to find the staff at PeoplePulse
to be courteous, friendly and reliable. Our program experienced some difficulties
in terms of trying to cross reference groups and data groups that we wanted to
collect the data from in our surveys. PeoplePulse always and without hesitation
made the necessary adjustments instantly. Their professionalism, reliability and
expertise have made our dealings with their organisation very positive. We
would recommend any organisation that is looking to conduct research in any facet
to contact PeoplePulse. Their knowledge is first rate, their technical systems
are fantastic, and most importantly, user friendly. PeoplePulse's

On a personal note, from an event management point of view, the PeoplePulse system
is fantastic. Its extremely flexible so can handle so many event styles;
yet allows standard events to be evaluated quickly and easily. Not only that but
the quality of information were getting from PeoplePulse surveys is far
superior to whats available from paper on-site (as well as getting more
verbatim feedback; and more honest feedback... ).

Quinntessential has been responsible for providing us with on-line surveys for
both our client and candidate surveys this year.
Paul Quinn worked with
us initially in developing and formatting the questions. We provided the database
from our Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices.
We were extremely pleased
with the response rate and the level of feedback we had from both surveys. The
candidate survey provided a 46% response rate, whilst the client a 59% response
rate. These are higher than we have ever achieved in the past from paper based
surveys.
The on-line method is extremely easy for the recipient to answer
and for us, the client, to read. We will certainly be using this method again
to survey our clients and candidates.

SMF Recruitment is getting fantastic response rates of up to 80% using PeoplePulse
for our client 'Post-Service' surveys. From the respondent's perspective, surveys
look extremely professional and are very easy to use. And for us, the reporting
console is excellent - we can quickly get an overview of survey results and drill

IPA Personnel commenced working with Quinntessential in May 2004 as part of a
review of its current customer satisfaction survey process. IPA was keen to improve
it current survey flexibility and usability whilst moving to a more online efficient
process for administering the product. It was important that the process allowed
IPA to track the survey in a number of ways so that the appropriate benchmarking
and ongoing improvement could be monitored at branch, state and client level.
IPA decided to purchase PeoplePulse in July 2004 due to the quality of the product,
look and feel, non complex set-up and ease of use, whilst still offering great
flexibility and a variety of survey options.

have been extremely flexible to work with and generous with their time and support.
Paul has always been available to assist when needed and made all aspects of the
transition user friendly and easy. IPA has at times provided feedback on areas
