Feedback from our clients reinforces they want to be able to easily plan and budget for survey costs without worrying about unknown variables such as response rates and number of questions. As such, PeoplePulse's pricing plan has been designed for maximum simplicity and flexibility.

Option (A) Full Service Option:

A 12-month rolling subscription to PeoplePulse is typically between AUD$2,000 and AUD$5,950 per survey, multiplied by how many different surveys you conduct throughout the year. The exact cost per survey is determined by the number of surveys you wish to run each year, the length of your questionnaire, the number of respondents you invite and whether you wish us to conduct the survey invite and reminder process for you.

At PeoplePulse we typically handle the complete survey process for you - from helping you develop the questionnaire, to building the survey online, and training you on how to get the most out of your reports.

Our standard fees include:

  • the survey software licence.
  • designing a custom branded survey template in your corporate style.
  • survey and invite content optimisation consulting.
  • building the survey on your behalf, and working with you until approved.
  • phone and/or face-to-face training on reports.
  • 12 month survey & report hosting on 128-bit encrypted servers.
  • ongoing phone and e-mail support.

PeoplePulse is unique in that once you have set up your questionnaire, you can conduct the same survey as many times as you like throughout the year for no additional fee.

So, for example, if you wish to set up and run one 'Client Satisfaction Survey' and distribute it once every month to a different target audience each time, you only pay a single survey licence fee even though you may have sent the survey out multiple times and received thousands of responses.


Option (B) Self Service Option:

For clients that wish to conduct a larger number of surveys throughout the year (eg. 10 or more per year), PeoplePulse also offer a flat rate 'self-service' licence to give you maximum flexibility to build and deploy as many surveys as you need to at your own pace using our user friendly online survey administration console.
