Paul
Quinn
Paul Quinn is Managing Director of Quinntessential
Marketing, the company that created PeoplePulse.
Paul has more than fourteen years experience in
professional marketing - twelve of which have been
specifically within the Human Resource and recruitment
sectors. |
|
Before
launching Quinntessential in January 2002, Paul
worked until September 2001 as Group Marketing Manager
at Candle Australia Ltd (now known as ‘Clarius’).
In this role Paul worked on the Candle IT&T Recruitment,
Freeman Adams, Alliance Recruitment and Candle Executive
brands, and was instrumental in growing the Candle
IT&T Recruitment brand to be voted Australia's most
recognised IT recruitment brand. Prior to this Paul
held the position of Marketing Manager at prominent
IT recruiter AmBit Technology (now known as Peoplebank).
A degree-qualified Commerce graduate with a double
major in Marketing and Management, Paul is adept
at new product development and project managing
a wide range of marketing solutions for large ASX-listed
recruiters through to small boutique organisations.
Specifically, Paul has over 8 years experience designing
and project managing staff and customer research
projects of all sizes. Paul’s frustration with the
high cost and inefficiencies of traditional paper-based
research methodologies and his passion for anything
‘online‘ was the catalyst that led to the creation
of the PeoplePulse online survey tool in 2003.
