PeoplePulse was developed in 2003, and officially launched in January 2004 by Quinntessential Marketing Consulting Pty Ltd. Quinntessential are experts in the employment marketing sector and count many of Australia's leading recruitment and HR-related organisations amongst its client base.

Why was PeoplePulse developed?

While consulting to our clients on marketing-related issues a common theme arose - far too many key business decisions were being made on 'gut feel' about what management thought clients and staff really wanted and needed. Paper-based feedback systems were relatively common - but generally failed dismally due to poor response rates, high administration costs, and difficulty in collating, reporting and distributing timely and accurate results to Management. We knew there had to be a better way.

After extensive research and significant product development investment, PeoplePulse was borne with the aim of helping Management make faster, cost-effective, and more accurate business decisions.
