Survey in Profile - OH&S Checklist Sent to Host Employers:
Last year the Victorian OH&S Act (2004) was clarified to stipulate a shared, non-delegable duty between the labour hire firm and host employer to the on-hired employee. This change, combined with an increase in the rate of OH&S-related compensation claims, has resulted in an increased necessity for labour hire firms to proactively monitor, check and record OH&S-related information. PeoplePulse can help in the data collection and reporting components of this effort.
 
Some of the key benefits of utilising OH&S surveys are:
  • Permanent and easily accessible record of all OH&S questionnaire results;
  • Results can be sorted by criteria such as completed date, name, and region;
  • Ability to set the survey up as a 'test' and issue automated pass/fail results to respondents;
  • Reduces your overall OH&S risk.
