to sending out survey invites, selecting the best day of the week and best time
of day to send the invite can have a massive bearing on your response rates.
In
this article we try and make sense of the external research on the topic of optimal
invite timing and also shed some light on what our own invite data from actual

Website Resources: |
|
We have recently created three themed microsites aimed at providing visitors with
useful information on all areas relating to new employees, employee surveys, and
customer satisfaction. These websites have
been established as a means to further awareness, research and discussion regarding
said topics.
We will regularly update
these resource sites with new articles and results from our online polls and other
research relating to each topic. Please visit these sites at: |

You Know? . . . | |
Results of a national comparative survey
of US companies between 2007 and 2008 indicated that 66% of the firms in the study
saw decreases in their employee engagement, which strongly suggests that external
circumstances regarding the economy may be influencing employees' attitudes about
their jobs and their workplace.
